We do not require you to make a long term lease commitment. If you choose to leave for any reason, we only ask for “one calendar month’s” notice.
We do not believe you should be obligated to make a large, initial cash investment or “buy-in.” Your savings remain available to you or your heirs, as they should.
We ask for a deposit equal to one month’s rent prior to your move-in, or to be on our “active” wait list. Wait time varies depending upon the size of apartment you choose.
We allow your small pets in some apartments. Many apartments have private patios or balconies, at no additional charge.
